- Login starts at 3:00 PM.
- Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Payment and booking policy
- The full cost of the stay is paid in advance for the entire duration of the booking.
- If you wish to extend your stay, the full additional period must be paid for in advance.
- The guest is entitled to free cancellation up to 48 hours before the check-in date, and in case of delay, the price of the first night will be charged.
Residence policy
- Please take care of the facilities and contents of the residential unit. The guest is responsible for the cost of any damage or loss resulting from misuse.
- Smoking is prohibited inside residential units and corridors.
- Pets are not allowed inside the hotel apartment facilities.
- Please remain quiet and do not cause any disturbance in order to ensure the comfort of all guests.
- Parties or gatherings are prohibited inside residential units.
- The hotel is not responsible for personal belongings or lost items inside the rooms.
- National ID or residence permit must be presented upon check-in.
- The administration has the right to decline to accept any case that violates regulations or public morals.
Additional services
- Room cleaning service is available daily upon request from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
- An extra bed is available at an additional charge, subject to availability.
Capacity according to wing type
- Junior Suite, Executive Suite and Superior Suite: Maximum of two adults and one child.
- Family suite: Maximum four adults and two children.
